Manager, SAP Project Mgt Tech & Digital

As a member of Zoetis India Capability Center (ZICC) in Hyderabad, you will be part of a team dedicated to driving technological advancements in the animal healthcare industry. Your primary responsibility will be to implement various projects and enhancement requests from ICC, Hyderabad, in close collaboration with the Global ERP Portfolio & Program Management team to ensure timely and efficient delivery. - Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to meet project goals within specified time and budget constraints. - Team Management: Build and lead a team of SAP professionals, including developers, business analysts, consultants, and cross-functional teams, to efficiently work towards project objectives. - Communication and Stakeholder Management: Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders, including Business Partners, management, and team members. Regularly update stakeholders on project status and address any concerns. - Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project risks to take corrective action when necessary. - Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards by conducting regular quality reviews and adjusting project plans and processes as needed. - Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets. Communicate changes to stakeholders and ensure team members are well-informed and adaptable. - Knowledge Management: Manage project documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure information is properly documented and accessible to team members and stakeholders. - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, preferably IT-related. PMP or any equivalent certification is preferred. Any SAP Module certification is an added advantage. - Experience: 12+ years of experience in the SAP field, including SAP Project Management/Any SAP Module experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, with extensive experience in complex SAP implementation and migration projects, including S/4HANA transformations.
