Role Overview: Join EY as a Manager SAP FICO/RTR in the Enterprise Applications team of EY Technology Consulting. Your role will involve leading SAP projects, driving sales pursuits, and contributing to the growth of the business. As a Manager, you will play a key role in developing methodologies, tools, and approaches to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market. This position requires up to 20-30% travel to meet client needs. You will lead a team with diverse skills, participate in large-scale SAP client engagements, and ensure high-quality work delivery within expected timeframes and budget. Daily interaction with clients at various levels is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop methodologies, tools, and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market - Lead a team with diverse skills and backgrounds, fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment - Participate in large-scale SAP client engagements, ensuring delivery of high-quality work within expected timeframes and budget - Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes - Stay informed about current business and industry trends relevant to clients" businesses - Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills - Lead consulting professionals on multiple projects, adhering to project methodology and PMO processes - Lead business blueprint, gather and document business requirements, and design SAP enabled solutions - Develop project documentation including business process flows, training materials, and requirements gathering - Work on all aspects of cost controlling and management accounting within an ERP system Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree with 7-10 years of related work experience - Degree in computer science, accounting, finance, or a related field (MBA or Business Undergraduate degree preferred) - Minimum 5-7 years of experience working with SAP Finance modules, with SAP certification/s highly preferred - Experience in implementing SAP Finance and integrations to support product cost controlling and margin analysis - Experience in leading business blueprint, gathering business requirements, and designing SAP enabled solutions - Strong team leadership skills, communication skills, and ability to work in an inclusive team-oriented environment Additional Company Details: EY is committed to fostering diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace.
