Manager-Sanitary ware

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Manager to oversee daily operations of our sanitary ware business. The manager will act as the key in-charge when the owner is unavailable, manage staff, handle customers, and ensure smooth functioning of the showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage showroom operations independently.
• Coordinate with staff, assign tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.
• Attend to customers and provide product knowledge/support for sanitary ware.
• Handle dispatch and delivery updates, coordinate with transport/logistics.
• Maintain records, prepare daily updates, and report to the owner regularly.
• Manage stock, challans, and basic accounts related to sales and dispatch.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure excellent service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (minimum: 12th pass with experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in showroom management or similar role (sanitary/tiles industry preferred).
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Good knowledge of sanitary ware products and customer handling.
• Ability to take responsibility, make decisions, and work independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
