Job Description

Manager - SALPL - Prime
Job Purpose
This position will manage the inbound and outbound campaigns for Sal PL Prime. The person will be responsible to drive higher feed to the Call Center for increasing overall business volume. Duties and Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound campaigns for Sal PL Prime Call Centers.

Achieve feed targets and manage campaign waterfall metrics.

Liaise with COE and Marketing to execute campaigns.

Monitor and measure key conversion, productivity, and data penetration metrics.

Ensure implementation of promotional plans and contests, and suggest new and innovative promotion plans for the area of work.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Good experience with MS Excel.

Functional understanding of UNICA and Salesforce.

Excellent communication skills.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and must be a self-starter.
