Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Manager with operational experience to lead the implementation and delivery of Salesforce solutions. The role requires a strong technical background, project management expertise, and the ability to drive operational efficiency across Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, and monitor progress.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams on Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage performance of Salesforce vendors and third-party partners.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and communicate project status, risks, and issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency within Salesforce projects.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts, providing mentorship and growth opportunities.
  • Implement quality control measures, conduct code reviews, and oversee testing activities.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Facilitate change management to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of Salesforce implementation and delivery experience, including at least 5 years in managerial or leadership roles.
  • Strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom development.
  • Proven experience in Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
  • Operational experience overseeing Salesforce processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Technical Architect.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
  • Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft or Informatica.
