Vacancy Title: Manager Sales Strategy and Coordination

Job Profile:

• Daily Reports to Managing Director & Chairman Sir
• Co-ordination of entire process of approvals / Specification / Project follow up / Sales/ Collection with Sales Team
• Intra-Department [Logistics / Commercial / Branding / Sampling / R&D / Production / Finance / Legal] coordination for various activities.
• Preparing Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports for management review meetings
• Daily follow-up with Sales Team; Sales Planning & Project follow-up, approvals/Specifications/Selections.
• Sales Team support by Preparing Brand Approval files
• Intra-Department co-ordinations
• Logistics for Dispatches
• Marketing for catalogs / Sample display/ event branding/ souvenirs & gifts
• Commercial for payment & Statutory co-ordination
• Legal for documentation support during brand approval process
• Management to seek approval
• Monthly follow ups for next month sales projections with all India sales team
• Working with companys system for data analysis reports like, product mix, growth, performance,payouts, KRAs, project executions
• Handling Government Projects price bidding /documentation/ payment followups

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics & Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in the tiles, ceramics, or building materials industry
• Solid understanding of tile sales and marketing processes, and technical specifications
• Strong analytical skills for costing, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in MS Office and other strategic tools.
• Excellent team leadership, interdepartmental coordination, and management skills
• Strong communication skills to liaise with teams, customers, and external partners

Preference will be given to candidates from Ceramic / Tiles Industry.
