Manager- Sales Finance Controls

As the Manager of Sales Finance Control at BB & Co, your primary purpose in this role is to act as a business partner between the Sales and Finance teams, specifically focusing on Credit Management and Accounts Receivable matters. You will take ownership of the Accounts Receivable, ensuring the accuracy of customer Balance Sheet and improving Core Working Capital through customer financing tools and de-risking methods. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing Trade Receivable, managing the Zone Credit Policy and Compliance, handling Invoice to Cash operations, and serving as a Business Partner for Customer financial relationships. You will also be responsible for approving credit limits/risk categories for new and existing customers, maintaining the Customer Balance Sheet, and providing visibility on results in respective areas. To excel in this role, you should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, be a Qualified Chartered Accountant, possess excellent MS Excel skills and data analysis capabilities, and be proficient in SAP Financial and Commercial modules. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of Credit management, Risk Analysis, Control, Customer relationship management, and IFRS. Effective communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, resilience, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are also essential attributes for success in this position.
