ESG Data Management Strategy and Planning

• Lead the effort to maintain and continuously improve a process for the company to establishes as a global leader in ESG.
• Identify and prioritize areas for institutional Safety, Occupational Health, Environment and Sustainability metrics and recommend strategies to the EHS leadership for proactively addressing relevant opportunities.
• Keep abreast of best practices in Data Management and participate in related internal or external events to identify new ideas and practices.
• Prepare and manage the ESG Data Management budget Opex and Capex.
• Will be able to demonstrate strong presentation skills via tools (MS PowerPoint), verbal and written with Senior Management.
• Demonstrate high integrity on Data Management of ESG.

EHS Program Management

• Lead cross-departmental teams to engage employees in ESG.
• Develop with EHSS LT to, manage and analyze Safety Lead Lag Indicators
• Develop, manage and analyze with Head of Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene on Occupational Health Lead Lag indicators
• Develop with Head of ESG and Sustainability, manage and analyze energy, waste and waste assessments.
• Research and explore new software s around Safety, Occupational Health, waste, water, energy and GHG emissions quantification for Scope 1/2/3.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and provide assistance to departments in identifying and implementing data management policies/practices.
• Continuously measure and monitor progress against EHSS strategies, objectives and performance targets.
• Generate Monthly reports for EHSS KPIs and coordinate with sites to ensure the monthly activity is closed by 08th of each month.
• Coordinate with EHSS LT to ensure the EHSS data in the Integrated Report from Natural Capital and Human Capital is audited via the external audit partner and submitted.
• Is responsible for application and coordination of External Awards and Recognitions for EHSS.
• Ensures the EHS Assessments and Audits are recorded in the system and tracked site wise.

Coordinating with EHSS data Management system partners to develop a sustainable relationship and troubleshoot any related or ancillary issuesand performance targets

Planning and Strategy

• Develops short- and long-term planning and budgeting.
• Establishes and maintains information systems with internal and external stakeholders to communicate key directives and other items related to EHS efforts.

Performs in an advisory capacity to the SCM and community.

Regulatory Compliance

• Responsible for the adherence of all locations to policies and procedures, especially regulatory and ethical standards. They perform regular audits, design control systems and help to design and implement company policies.
• Ensure that all Environment, Health Safety amendments of policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated

The Person

Educational Qualifications Experience:

• 12+ years of Data Analysis and Management experience. EHSS experience in Chemical /Pharmaceutical/Oil Gas / CPG/ FMCG in a plus.
• Minimal Post grad (MBA, MS, MTech, MSc) in Eng. / Commerce / Data management shall be preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

• Interfacing with all stakeholders on the subject of EHS Sustainability.
• Search and apply for EHSS-related certifications, awards and speaking engagements that will communicate company achievements and leadership in EHSS.
