Manager - Risk Containment Unit

Job Purpose

To manage and optimize the risk and Fraud management process for payments business of Bajaj Finance Limited, covering full lifecycle from Onboarding Risk to transactions/ lifecycle risk management. The role is responsible for investigation, analysis, actioning and reporting of merchants for mitigation of risk,.

Duties and Responsibilities

Completely own the risk and fraud management function for Payments business of Bajaj Finance Limited for Acquiring QR businessAcquiring QR risk management through Onboarding checks, Transaction Monitoring and Portfolio monitoringDaily review of risk triggered cases basis transaction pattern, business data verification and calling for early identificationUpdate system for action taken basis reviewPrepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on trends, thresholds and efficiencyMaintain close coordination with business, operations, data team for review of existing processes/ data points and to use them from mitigating fraud risk by getting controls implemented

Following decisions are taken by the role:Decide on the quality of the merchant basis transaction pattern or business documentsDeactivation/Reactivation of merchants basis data available

Required Qualifications and Experiencea)QualificationsAny Graduate/post-graduate degree. Good understanding of Payment businessWork Experience1.1-2 years of experience with NBFC/Banks in calling and/OR document verification2.Experience in Advanced Excel3.Must be familiar with SFDC
