Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead growth in our Shrink Sleeves and Labels Division. This role holder will focus on driving sales, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding market presence within the flexible packaging industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of flexible packaging solutions, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the Shrink Sleeves and Labelling segment.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development:

    Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand the customer base through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Market Analysis:

    Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to inform sales strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, production, and technical teams to ensure alignment on sales goals, product offerings, and customer requirements.
  • Sales Reporting:

    Track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Lead contract negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge:

    Stay updated on the latest developments in flexible packaging, shrink sleeves, and labelling technologies to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Skills Required:

Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
