Position: Manager – Recruitment (Female)

Location: Near D-Mart, La-Mer, Zirakpur
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Recruitment & Team Handling

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Female Manager to lead our recruitment operations at WEPS, a growing recruitment consultancy firm. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a recruitment consultancy setup, proven skills in client handling (both IT & Non-IT domains), and the ability to manage a team of recruiters effectively while meeting organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure timely and quality delivery of mandates.
• Handle end-to-end client management — from requirement understanding to successful closures.
• Manage recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions across various industries.
• Drive team performance to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and updates.
• Utilize job portals and social media platforms for sourcing and headhunting candidates.
• Prepare recruitment reports, track metrics, and identify process improvements.
• Work independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy environment.
• Prior team handling and client management experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take complete responsibility for deliverables.
• Should be able to easily commute to the office located near D-Mart, Zirakpur.
