Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Manager of Real Estate - Residential Sales. The Manager will oversee all aspects of residential property sales, including client interaction, managing property portfolios, conducting market research, and negotiating leases. Additional responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with real estate developers, and providing tailored property recommendations based on client needs to facilitate transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Proficiency in handling Leases and navigating the real estate sector
• Familiarity with the Residential and Commercial Real Estate markets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pune and manage a diverse portfolio effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Strong understanding of RERA regulations and local real estate laws is a plus
• Proven experience in sales and achieving targets within the real estate domain
