Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Delivery Manager with a passion for driving account growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of projects while actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our services within existing client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships. Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Technical Exposure: Should have exposure of financial domain project Should have proficiency in both manual and automation testing methodologies. Should have experience with popular test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Java, Cucumber, TestNG, etc. Knowledge on API testing and familiarity with REST API. Knowledge of security testing principles and techniques to ensure the security of software applications. Experience in setting up continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the software delivery process. Project Delivery : Lead a team of project managers and ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Understand their business needs and challenges to identify opportunities for account growth. Account Expansion: Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and proposals to expand our services. Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and achieve targets. Continuously monitor account performance and adjust strategies as needed. Team Leadership : Provide leadership and guidance to the delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Risk Management : Identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery or account growth and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively. Reporting and Analysis : Track key performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 12+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, and project management. Proven track record of delivering complex testing projects on time and within budget. Relevant certifications such as PMP, ISTQB, Agile/Scrum, or Six Sigma is good to have. Should be open to travel to client location/s within Mumbai and to Pune, as required.
