We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Associate- HR to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of HR experience, with a focus on Onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy development. As a Senior HR Associate, you will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives to support our business goals while fostering a positive work environment. Onboarding and Offboarding : Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires and offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition for all involved. Employee Relations : Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner. Foster positive employee relations through open communication and conflict resolution strategies. Performance Management : Orchestrate the design, implementation, and management of performance appraisal systems. Provide support to managers on employee performance, goal setting, feedback, and development plans. Learning & Development : Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and skill enhancement across the organization. HR Policies and Compliance : Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures (GPTW, ISO) to ensure consistency and fairness. Employee Engagement : Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and retention. Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to measure and improve employee morale. Vendor management: Identifying and onboarding new vendors, negotiating contracts, managing vendor performance, and addressing any issues that arise. Payroll: Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle. Ensure timely and compliant payroll disbursement, maintaining detailed records and resolving any payroll-related issues promptly. HR Analytics : Utilize HR metrics and data to support business decisions and identify trends in turnover, performance, and employee satisfaction. Qualifications Education : Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a similar role or in a Start-up to mid-sized organization. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
