Purpose of the position:- Resolving customer quality issues, improving internal manufacturing process in quality terms. Driving quality improvement projects. Position Context:- QA Manager Position content :- Attending customer line issues on time and troubleshooting to resolve the issue. Prepare and submit CAPA report for raised customer complaint. Maintain customer ppm below the defined limit and maintain customer rating as per management set targets. Prevent recurrence of quality issues both in house and at customer end by analysing and improving internal manufacturing process. Ensure adherence to QMS/ IATF 16949 systems. Implementing ECN/ECR / Engineering changes. Driving quality improvement projects by leading team of engineers. Use of SPC techniques in shop floor like process capability studies. Complexity of the position - N/A Knowledge and educational level:- B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering Required level of experiences :- 10 -15 Years ( preferably minimum 5 years in sheet Metal ) Qa, Customer Handing, Msil
