Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee Quality Assurance operations within the granulation section, ensuring seamless execution of QA protocols.
Ensure strict adherence to GMP guidelines and regulatory standards across all quality processes.
Review, approve, and maintain critical quality documentation, including SOPs, product specifications, and batch manufacturing records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality benchmarks throughout the production lifecycle.
Drive root cause investigations for deviations, implement effective CAPA strategies, and manage change control processes.
Conduct internal audits and actively support external regulatory inspections with thorough documentation and compliance readiness.
Train, guide, and mentor QA personnel to reinforce quality culture and system adherence.
Continuously enhance Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation practices for operational excellence.
Ensure timely evaluation and release of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods in alignment with quality standards.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives in QA systems and manufacturing processes to elevate product integrity and compliance.
