Job Purpose:

Executive - Projects IT will focus on the execution and operational support of IT projects within the airport construction department. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing project tasks, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, and supporting the integration of IT solutions into construction workflows.

Responsibilities

Project Execution:Execute IT project plans by coordinating day-to-day activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.Work closely with the Lead to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.Provide technical support to on-site teams for IT-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.Conduct routine system maintenance and upgrades to ensure consistent performance.

On-Site IT Operations

Monitor the functioning of deployed IT infrastructure, including networks, communication systems, and devices at construction sites.Ensure proper functioning of IoT devices, data capture tools, and other digital systems used in construction.Address and resolve system malfunctions or connectivity issues promptly.

Stakeholder Coordination

Act as a liaison between internal teams (IT, engineering, construction) and external vendors to facilitate communication and project execution.Assist in gathering requirements from stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Documentation And Reporting

Maintain detailed records of project progress, including updates on timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Prepare and present regular project status reports to the Lead and other stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and any challenges.

Quality Control

Implement quality control measures to ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards.Conduct testing of IT systems and applications to ensure they function as intended and meet user requirements.

Issue Resolution

Identify and address issues that arise during project execution, coordinating with relevant teams to implement solutions.Support risk management activities by monitoring potential project risks and reporting them to the Lead.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions into construction processes.Foster a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing to enhance project execution.

Training And Support

Assist in training team members on IT tools and systems, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the technology effectively.Provide ongoing support for users during the implementation of new systems or processes.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

Work Experience

3-5 years of experience in IT project execution, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sector.
