Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience specializing in Mulesoft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data quality and data governance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The position operates during day shifts with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Mulesoft solutions to meet business requirements.
Oversee the integration of various systems using Mulesoft to ensure seamless data flow.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure the quality and performance of Mulesoft integrations through rigorous testing and validation.
Develop and maintain documentation for Mulesoft integrations and related processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot Mulesoft applications to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Implement best practices for data quality and data governance to maintain data integrity.
Work closely with data governance teams to ensure compliance with data management policies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Mulesoft solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within timelines.
Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest Mulesoft features and industry trends to incorporate them into solutions.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in technical roles with a focus on Mulesoft.
Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing Mulesoft solutions.
Have a strong understanding of data quality and data governance principles.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Display strong communication and documentation skills.
