Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Consultant with 11 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SnM business process support and a strong understanding of Payer Finance and Accounting domains. This role involves providing expert guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and design of SnM business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of SnM business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide expert guidance on SnM business process support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business process issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SnM business processes and related systems.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members and stakeholders on SnM business processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of SnM business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SnM business process activities.
  • Support the integration of SnM business processes with other organizational systems and processes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SnM business process-related issues.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of SnM business process systems.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize SnM business processes and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of SnM business process requirements and expectations.

Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of SnM business process support with a minimum of 11 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the context of SnM business processes.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Have experience in the Payer Finance and Accounting domains which is highly desirable.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining documentation for business processes.
  • Display the ability to conduct training sessions and provide technical support for business processes.
