Tech - Mechanical Engg Domain - Pharma Engineering Consultancy Experience - Min 6 years designing, Piping, and Utilities (Black & Clean) for Pharma Plants. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Design Engineer - Mechanical/Piping/Utilities located in Mumbai. The Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and execution of mechanical, piping, and utility systems. This includes tasks such as developing detailed engineering plans, conducting design reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Below is a summary of the specific job requirements for you: Ability to handle projects independently as the Lead Engineer for Mechanical systems, Piping, Black and Clean Utilities. Specialized in Pharma, Manufacturing, Labs, and R&D Centres: Equipment Sizing and Selections, and Energy-efficient solutions. Basis of Design, Schematics, P&ID, ULD Diagrams Mass Balance Calculations, Pipe Sizing, Selection, and Routing. Compliance with codes, optimizing Energy Efficiency, and collaborating with stakeholders for successful project delivery. Thorough Knowledge of Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Air Compressors, Pumps & Valves of different types, Material compatibility for different applications, Hot Water systems, etc. Design Detailing and Construction Documentation BOQs, Specifications, Tenders Sound knowledge of Mechanical Erection and Construction Techniques. Monitor project progress and conduct inspections during construction. Excellent Communication skills and interdisciplinary coordination Well-versed in MS Office.& AutoCAD Working knowledge of Revit is desired
