Manager - Programmatic

As a Manager - Programmatic at WPP Media, you will play a crucial role in developing strong relationships with counterparts in WPP GOC regional teams across Europe, the U.S., and Asia. Your responsibilities will include leading the training and growth of your local programmatic team, enforcing best practices in DV360 and TrueView, ensuring consistency and quality in work delivery, and serving as a point of escalation for challenges. Additionally, you will be accountable for providing career development, coaching, and support in capacity planning and resource management for your team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strong relationships with counterparts in WPP GOC regional teams - Lead training and growth of the local programmatic team - Enforce DV360 and TrueView best practices - Ensure consistent work delivery to regional teams - Serve as a point of escalation and resolve challenges - Provide career development, coaching, and support in capacity planning - Maintain strong and effective communication across all levels Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of professional experience in digital media, preferably within a media agency/trading desk - Experience in Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM, GA360) and top AdTech & MarTech platforms - Proficiency in Client Decks, Programmatic Strategy, New Pitches, etc. - Hands-on experience and knowledge of programmatic platforms - Competency in Microsoft Office software - Working experience in Agency, Trading Desks, or Programmatic Tech Partners - Campaign execution experience with local programmatic players and measurement providers - Familiarity with DSP and exchange revenue streams for negotiating trading benefits At WPP Media, you will have the opportunity to tap into the global WPP Media & WPP networks for personal and professional growth.
