The Manager - Programmatic role at WPP Media offers a unique opportunity to work within the Global Operations Centre (GOC) and collaborate with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia. As a Manager - Programmatic, you will play a key role in developing strong relationships with counterparts in regional teams, leading the training and growth of the local programmatic team, and enforcing best practices in platforms such as DV360 and TrueView. You will be responsible for ensuring a high quality of work delivery to WPP GOC regional teams, serving as a point of escalation for your team, and providing career development and coaching to foster improvement and progress. Additionally, you will be involved in capacity planning, resource management, and maintaining effective communication across all levels. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 years of professional experience in digital media, preferably within a media agency or trading desk. Experience in Google Marketing Platform, top AdTech & MarTech platforms, programmatic strategy, and client decks is essential. Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms, clear strategic thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software are required. Previous experience in agencies, trading desks, or programmatic tech partners, as well as campaign execution experience, will be beneficial.
