Job Title: Application Support Lead (24x7 Operations)

When called to the office at Guindy, He or she should come - MANDATORY.

Your Work Location - REMOTE- Permanent Work from Home.

Employment Type: Full-time, Shift-based (24x7)

T.E - 10 to 15 Yrs.

Lead / Manager Experience -4 to 5 yrs in Lead role - Should have handled 20 to 25 team members - MUST

-BANKING Domain is Preferred.

Role Overview

Application Support Lead

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced L2/L3 support for business-critical applications
Debug application code in [ .NET/Python] to identify and resolve issues.
Monitor and manage application performance, uptime, and availability.
Collaborate with development teams for defect fixes and release management.
Perform database queries, tuning, and troubleshooting
Support infrastructure-related issues, including server, storage, and network components.
Lead and mentor a 20 to 25-member team in a 24x7 support environment.
Prepare and manage shift rosters, ensuring adequate coverage for all hours.
Assign work, track progress, and ensure SLA adherence.
Conduct performance reviews, skill-gap assessments, and training sessions for team members.
Act as an escalation point for critical incidents and major outages.

Work Environment

24x7 rotational shift operations.
High-pressure, mission-critical application environment.
On-call availability for urgent escalations.''
