Job Title: Manager-Production Planner

Location: Gurgaon

Organisation

**Qualification- B.Tech & MBA from Tier -1 college i.e IIM Mumbai, SP Jain, SIOM etc

Industry preference- Automotive manufacturing /FMCG/FMCD or from any other manufacturing Organization

Work from office (5 days working)

Key role-

Production Planning

Major Job responsibilities-

·      Receive demand plan and orders from all sales channels + regions and convert this to Production plan.

·      Work with plant PPC to get the most suitable production confirmation against plan.

·      Provide supply confirmation to sales channels based on available stocks and production plan.

·      Monitor actual production against plan at respective plants.

·      Work with R&D and Plants on manufacturing capacity and capability enhancement projects.

·      Work with R&D and Product Mktg on New Product Development and map it to plants as per manufacturing capability.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

•                     3-5 years in Production/Demand Planning in multiple source environment

•                    Exposure to manufacturing environment is desirable

Knowledge(Technical / Functional)

·       Knowledge of SAP is essential

·      Knowledge of tools in demand planning and other business processes like S&OP

·      Good knowledge of MS Excel is a must

·      Knowledge of PowerBI is essential

Budget: max upto 30LPA including 15%variable
