Must have knowledge of all unit processes & Unit Operations
daily, weekly, monthly production planning as per market demand.
Manpower managements in plant
Ensure adherence to safety stanadards
Ensure implementing SOP and maintaining quality of the FP
Imparting safety trainings.
Knowledge of DCS & SAP knowledge are mandatory
Must be aware of the environmental norms.
Must have knowledge of Work permit systems / JSA/ Toolbox training / Use of PPEs / MOC, start-up & shut down procedures of plant, etc.
Production experience in pigment is preferred. knowledge of utility
