B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or related field
• 1012+ years of progressive experience in production/assembly operations, with proven leadership in
managing large teams
• Strong background in high-volume manufacturing, assembly line operations, and process optimization
• Experience in lean manufacturing, quality systems, and workforce management
You will be responsible for:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Supervise and manage daily operations and lead the team to achieve daily production targets
• Ensure team members are properly trained on machine operation, safety protocols, and quality
control procedures
• Manage the production schedule to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of new products
• Assist in resolving production issues, including any quality or process problems
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any mechanical or electrical issues promptly
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
