This position will be for Vadodara factory for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.)
1. Customer Complaint Analysis : Analyse and identify factory actionable calls. Prioritization of product / defect for factory actionable Review with CFT and initiate CA and monitor implementation.
2. Initiating Corrective action record & validation of the actions. Analysis of complaint as a part of CFT (through 8D).
3. Suggest/implement product/system improvement. Support TPM / TQM implementation in Quality function.
4. Analysis of Defects related to manufacturing Line. Knowledge of Process and Product Audit. Creation & Updating of Product inspection checklist.
5. Interacting with Service team for resolution/analysis of site related issues. Need based site visits PAN India
> In depth knowledge of Molded Circuit Breakers (MCCB), Analytical approach, Proficient with working in SAP, Microsoft office tools
> 7 QC tools, 8D, PFMEA, KAIZEN,
