Manager, Product Operations

Position Summary:

Drive efficiency, scalability, and alignment across the product organization. Lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize product development processes, and ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies for SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Implement best practices for product lifecycle management from ideation to launch
• Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams
• Optimize workflows, tooling, and collaboration frameworks for operational efficiency
• Establish dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and value
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, develop scalable frameworks, and integrate feedback loops

Minimum Requirements:

• 8+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or New Product Introduction (NPI) in SaaS
• Strong cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, marketing, and sales
• Expertise in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and KPIs
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
