Job Description

Assistant Manager / Manager - PPC Solar

Asst. Manger or Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:

    • Identify and approach EPC contractors, solar developers, OEMs, and distributors.
    • Generate and convert leads for MMS products in rooftop, ground-mounted, and utility-scale solar projects.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
    • Provide accurate technical information and after-sales support.
  • Marketing & Promotion:

    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
    • Coordinate participation in exhibitions, webinars, and digital campaigns.
    • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create marketing collateral (brochures, product sheets, presentations).
  • Pricing & Proposals:

    • Prepare customized quotations and techno-commercial proposals.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with management.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:

    • Maintain CRM/database and provide regular sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and market feedback.
  • Production & Planning:

  • Plan and Co-ordinate production engineering process on daily basis to produce high quality products.
  • Responsible for handling Production, Planning and Quality Control.
  • Should be able to monitor and control the Material Inflow and Outflow.
  • Should be able to monitor inward and outward Cashflow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in solar structures, renewable energy, or construction steel products.
  • Strong understanding of MMS, solar BOS, or civil/structural components is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
