We have been mandated by a large conglomerate for the below mentioned position.

Position Name : Manager - Power Plant-Project-1*60 MW

Location : Jamshedpur

Qualification :

Experience : Min. 8

1. Project Planning & Execution:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of greenfield power plant projects, specifically focusing on CFBC (Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion) and WHRB (Waste Heat Recovery Boiler) technologies.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

2. Engineering & Technical Oversight:

• Provide technical expertise in CFBC and WHRB boiler systems, ensuring optimal design and efficient performance.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts during installation and commissioning phases.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and statutory requirements in all engineering activities.

3. Stakeholder Management:

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Drive effective communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

4. Safety & Compliance:

• Implement and monitor strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Ensure that all project activities meet legal, environmental, and quality standards.

5. Team Leadership:

• Mentor and guide a multidisciplinary project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs to enhance team skills and efficiency.
