As a Manager Platform Management in the Technology Data & Information Management team, your role involves managing global enterprise information systems, providing technical leadership, and operational governance. You will partner with the broader Technology Data and Information Management team at country, region, and global levels. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing technology roadmaps in collaboration with business leadership to define required business capabilities and supporting technologies - Managing IT platforms, encompassing Change the Business, Run the Business, and operational support - Communicating effectively with business operations and IT leadership - Partnering with IT infrastructure and architecture to ensure solutions leverage corporate infrastructure effectively - Ensuring proper system uptime and managing incident inventory in a structured and timely manner Key Skills required for this role include: - Experience in Business Process Management/ Workflow (PEGA), Robotic Process Automation RPA, and Imaging/Optical Character Recognition - Ability to manage technology vendors to appropriate service levels - Delivery experience in managing a portfolio of projects using Agile/Kanban methodologies - Strong team leadership skills, responsible for staff and contractor performance - Excellent problem-solving skills in dealing with complex and ambiguous issues Qualifications for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitative discipline - Minimum 5 years of industry experience in managing enterprise IT platforms - Ability to operate independently and make informed decisions as an IT Leader If you are a reliable, self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
