Manager Plant Electrical, Electronics and Instrumentation

As the Electrical, Electronics, and Instrumentation Manager at our Ballabgarh location, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the functions of electrical, electronics, and instrumentation within the plant. Your role will involve ensuring seamless operations, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement in system reliability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Maintenance & Reliability: You will be responsible for planning and executing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, control systems, and instrumentation to minimize downtime and address issues promptly. - Project Management: Leading the installation, commissioning, and upgradation of electrical and instrumentation systems, you will collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. - Compliance & Safety: Ensuring adherence to statutory and safety regulations such as IEC, NEC, and OSHA, you will conduct regular audits and risk assessments of electrical and instrumentation systems. - Energy Management: Monitoring and optimizing energy consumption across the plant, you will implement energy-saving initiatives and technologies to enhance efficiency. - Team Leadership: Leading and developing a team of engineers and technicians, you will organize training and skill development programs to foster team growth. - Automation & Control Systems: Managing PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and other automation systems, you will troubleshoot and optimize control systems for improved process efficiency. - Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining records of maintenance, calibration, and compliance activities, you will generate reports for management review and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
