Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive growth marketing strategies that are aligned with company objectives. This includes defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and setting performance targets for marketing campaigns. Your role will involve planning, launching, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various paid advertising channels, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with business goals. Additionally, you will provide regular reports and insights on the performance of marketing campaigns, recommend actionable improvements based on data analysis, and continuously optimize landing pages and user flows to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition. Managing marketing budgets effectively and prioritizing customer satisfaction will also be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various paid advertising channels. - Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with business goals. - Coordinate with other marketing functions for integrated campaign execution. - Provide regular reports and insights on the performance of marketing campaigns. - Recommend actionable improvements based on data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness. - Continuously optimize landing pages, user flows, and conversion paths to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition. - Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources efficiently. Qualifications: - 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing. - Preferred experience in E-commerce, Healthcare, or Nutraceutical industries. - Demonstrated experience managing a monthly marketing budget of at least 1.5 Crores. - Strong understanding of paid advertising principles and platforms. - Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas. - Proficient in articulating ideas clearly and communicating with relevant stakeholders. - Excellent proficiency in Excel and strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and drive insights.,
