Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

The role is mainly for payment of Distributor or Partner Incentive Scheme Claims for a large Company. The Candidate has to understand the various schemes running for incentivizing the partners, carry out calculations, get it approved by the Client Manager, process as per laid down procedures without deviations.
Manage payables processing, including invoice receipt, payment processing, and reconciliation. Updating and passing liability entry and payments in SAP.
Ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors through various payment methods (ACH, Wire Transfer).
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for vendor setup and maintenance.
Monitor and control expenses against budgets and forecasts.
Perform monthly reconciliations - Budget Vs. Actuals, related Bank Reconciliations, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of Partner Incentive Payouts, Incentive Calculations, Scheme & Rewards. Exposure to SAP Payable module is a mandatory requirement.
Good Level of experience in Payables Processing or related field.
B. Com. degree from a recognized university (Any Specialization).
CA Intermediate preferred but not mandatory.
