Manager- Partner Relations & Revenue

You will be responsible for Recruiter side Acquisition, Scale, and Revenue. Your role will involve leading a team that engages with recruiters on the platform, such as Production Houses, Casting Directors, and Digital Agencies. - Acquire production houses, casting agencies, and event management companies to subscribe to the platform for discovering and managing their talent needs. This will involve conducting face-to-face meetings and demos in Delhi and Mumbai, with initial online interactions in other cities, eventually setting up local teams in major M&E hubs. - Drive engagement and adoption of the platform with a team of relationship managers. Ensure a steady increase in the number of recruiters logging in, posting jobs, and contacting artists listed on the platform for fulfilling their talent requirements. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance stickiness. - Generate revenue by selling subscriptions to recruiters, granting them access to data and leveraging the platform as software as a service. - At least 3-5 years of work experience in the Media & Entertainment Industry, specifically working with talent. - Experience across production houses, studios, casting agencies, or talent management agencies is preferred. - Previous experience in leading monetization and revenue verticals will be advantageous, along with exposure to managing multiple teams. - A self-starter with the ability to formulate strategy, lead senior managers, and drive the company's overall direction.,
