Job Summary:

Responsible for developing and managing international business opportunities, expanding client base across key global markets, and achieving overseas sales targets in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new overseas clients and trade lanes.
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop pricing proposals and coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth shipment handling.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with overseas agents and partners.
  • Prepare and review sales performance reports and forecasts.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the overseas sales team to achieve business objectives and performance goals.
