Manager - Outreach (Admissions)

As an Assistant in the outreach for long duration programmes (PGP Suite) at AFA, your role is to ensure the quality and profile of students align with AFA objectives. You will be responsible for various outreach activities to attract high-quality students for the full-time residential PGP programme (PGP, & PGP YL), meeting the goals of class size, quality, and revenues. Your key responsibilities will include: - Lead Generation and conversion - 40% of time spent - Assistance in Road shows, Info sessions, and conducting college outreach activities - 30% of time spent - Coordination with and assisting inbound callers on queries - 20% of time spent - Assistance in completion of applications - 10% of time spent Qualifications required for this role: - Management education (MBA/ EMBA) from a reputed institute preferred - Specific skills in Sales and Business Development, Communication (written and verbal), Presentation skills, Lead and Funnel management - Comfortable working odd hours/weekends Desirable Experience: - 6+ years of experience - Preferably from a sales-driven environment, knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage Additional Details: You will assist the Sr. Associate Director of Admissions in managing outreach activities focused on states in South India. This position requires a number-driven profile and willingness to work on weekends and travel within India. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing team and Operations team at AFA, along with internal teams such as AFA Process Team, Marketing & Communications Team, and ISB Students.,
