Strategise, design, and implement a comprehensive new hire onboarding program.
Oversee the complete onboarding journey from pre-boarding to completion.
Continuously improve the onboarding experience to create a welcoming environment.
Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to align onboarding content with business updates.
Leverage digital tools and LMS to deliver a scalable onboarding experience.

Behavioral Learning & Development:

Lead the deployment of online behavioral learning programs focused on key soft skills.
Utilize online learning platforms to deliver engaging behavioral development programs.
Develop tailored learning journeys for different employee segments.
Track and measure the effectiveness of behavioral learning programs.
Ensure integration of behavioral learning into individual development plans.

Strategic Planning, Change Management & Continuous Improvement:

Align onboarding and behavioral learning initiatives with strategic goals.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Champion innovation in learning methods and delivery.
Establish a feedback system for continuous improvement.

Team Leadership:

Lead a team of learning professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Skills Required:

Experience in behavioral learning and development initiatives
Proficiency with LMS and digital learning tools
