Job Description

The Head of Training and Development will lead and manage all learning and development initiatives for the hospital. This role is responsible for developing a training strategy that aligns with the hospital's strategic goals, including enhancing clinical excellence, improving patient care standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies like the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH)esponsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Hospital Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in training and development, with significant exposure to the healthcare or hospital sector.

Proven experience designing and implementing training programs for diverse groups, including medical professionals.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
