Manager Operations NOC

You are sought after to take on the role of Manager Operations NOC at Byte, where you will be responsible for leading the India-based Network Operations Centre team. Your main focus will be ensuring service stability and reliability for enterprise customers by fostering a culture of accountability and delivering services aligned with Bytes service catalogue. Your prior experience in managing technical teams in the Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment will be crucial for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and coach a team of NOC engineers, promoting ownership and accountability. - Ensure consistent service delivery as per defined service catalogue and SLAs. - Drive operational discipline and adherence to processes and procedures. - Act as the escalation point for critical incidents to ensure timely resolution. - Collaborate with the Head of Managed Services to align team goals with business priorities. - Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance service stability and customer satisfaction. **Qualification Required:** - Must have experience as a people manager in the MSP sector, particularly serving Australian customers. - Solid understanding of ITIL practices and service delivery frameworks. - Proven ability to enforce discipline in following processes and ensure high follow-through. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Proficiency in developing scalable and repeatable operational processes. - Capability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures. **Highly Desirable:** - Certifications in ITIL, Cloud, or related technical domains. - Exposure to advanced monitoring, automation, or security tools.
