Manager Operational Excellence - Lean Six Sigma

As a Manager - Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement, you will be responsible for driving transformation projects and operational excellence initiatives in large global organizations. With 8+ years of experience, including at least 4-5 years of independently leading transformation projects, you will be a key player in enhancing process efficiency and driving continuous improvement. Your primary skills in Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt project management, continuous improvement, digital transformation, and operational excellence will be crucial in identifying and implementing Intelligent Automation opportunities such as process mining, RPA, AI, and workflow optimization. Your role will involve developing global operating models that leverage onshore and offshore delivery centers, analyzing complex data to extract insights, and identifying opportunities for operational excellence to deliver tangible benefits for the organization. You will work closely with service lines to assess current operating models, design and implement target operating models, and ensure that business cases are thoroughly researched and syndicated. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with your certification in Six Sigma and project management, will enable you to manage multiple workstreams/projects effectively and deliver operational excellence projects within the divisional portfolio on time, to scope, and within budget.
