Operational Excellence - Lean Six Sigma

You will be responsible for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives as a Manager in Bangalore location. With at least 8 years of experience, including 4-5 years in leading transformation projects, you will utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance processes. Your role will involve identifying and implementing Intelligent Automation solutions such as RPA, AI, and workflow optimization. Your expertise in developing global operating models and assessing current processes will be essential for successful project delivery. As a certified Six Sigma Master/Black Belt/Green Belt and with PMP or PRINCE2 certification, you will lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial in extracting insights from complex data to drive operational excellence. By collaborating closely with service lines, you will design and implement target operating models, aiming to derive tangible benefits for the organization.
