Manager – Online Music School

Remote / Hybrid – Jaipur, India.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Manager to oversee, manage and grow our Online Music School. This person will be the operational backbone of our school, ensuring smooth coordination between teachers, students, and management, while also driving enrollments and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Day-to-Day Operations of the online music school (classes, schedules, teacher coordination).
• Handle Student Inquiries & Sales Calls to convert leads into enrollments.
• Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and teachers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare & Present Reports (sales, attendance, feedback, performance metrics).
• Maintain and update CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online tools efficiently.
• Assist in planning & executing online events, promotions, and campaigns.
• Keep records, data, and schedules organized with zero errors.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken & written).
• Strong sales & persuasion abilities to convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Good knowledge of computers, MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a clear and logical mind.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in education management, operations, or sales is a plus.
