Role Overview

The Manager on Duty (MOD) / Night Supervisor will oversee all hospital operations during evening or night shifts, ensuring continuity of services, patient care, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor hospital operations, patient admissions, and emergency handling.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and departments for service delivery.
• Ensure safety, security, and proper documentation during the shift.
• Address patient complaints and escalate critical issues to management.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports summarizing activities and incidents.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Hospital Administration or relevant field.
• 35 years of experience in hospital operations or administration.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis-handling skills.
