Job Description

As a Manager - Offline Activations, your role will involve leading the planning and execution of OOH, DOOH, offline activations, and event marketing activities in Gurgaon. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing vendor partnerships end-to-end, and ensuring the successful implementation of campaigns and activations. Below are the key responsibilities, must-have skills, and profile fit requirements for this position: **Key Responsibilities:** - **Business Development (primary focus):** - Identify and prospect new clients/brands for OOH & experiential marketing. - Build a robust pipeline, craft proposals, and close deals. - Maintain strong industry relationships with marketers, agencies, and decision makers. - **Campaign & Activation Execution:** - Design and deliver OOH/DOOH campaigns including location mapping, formats, negotiation, and tracking. - Plan and execute on-ground activations & events covering venues, production, and logistics. - **Vendor Ecosystem & Commercials:** - Build and maintain a reliable vendor network for outdoor & activation needs. - Negotiate competitive pricing and ensure flawless, timely delivery. - **Measurement & Reporting:** - Track impact (reach, engagement, leads, ROI) and share performance dashboards with clients. **Must-Have Skills:** - Proven BD and sales track record in media/marketing with the ability to convert cold leads to accounts. - Deep knowledge of OOH, DOOH & activation landscape including sites, formats, and costing. - Negotiation & commercial acumen with comfort in P&L and margin management. - Strong presentation, pitching & relationship-building skills. - Hands-on execution mindset to oversee end-to-end campaigns. **Profile Fit:** - Decent experience in OOH, DOOH & BTL activations either on the agency or brand side. - Past exposure to large-format outdoor media and experiential campaigns. - Confident, resourceful, good communicator with a growth mindset.
