Job Description

Position - Manager - New Product Development FOUNDRY DIVISION: SG GREY IRON

Qualification:

BE Graduates - Minimum 7 years of experience

Salary - upto 12 LPA

Location - Coimbatore

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for New product Development of Grey Iron casting and SG Iron Castings(Starting from RFQ study to bulk Production).
Manage cross -functional teams including machine shop through a defined and gated NPD process
Attend the new customer audits and customer complaints.
Need to Interact with customers for all technical details pertaining to NPD
Work with Senior management to Continuously improve the NPD process and organization.
Responsible for Feasibility study and product cost estimation.
Have good adaptability of Recent trends and Technology(3d Model, Simulation and pattern layout/methoding)
Should have excellent communication and prestation skills.
