Manager New Product Development: Seasonings & Sauces ( Part-Time)

CLIENT: Large producer of food additives & seasonings servicing global clients.

Key Result Areas:

• Spearhead initiatives in new product development, particularly the development of culinary sauces like Pizza-Pasta Sauce, Salsa, Thousand Islands, Chipotle, Mayonnaise, Tamarind based sauces, Curry Sauces, Soya based Sauces, Tomato Sauces, Chilli sauce range like Sriracha, Mint and Coriander range, etc.

• Replicate the existing recipe and commercializing the developed formula/recipe.

• Innovate to create new sauce range.

Incumbent profile:

• Food Technologist/Chef with experience in R&D, product innovation, and lifecycle management in culinary range like SAUCES and SPREADS, etc.

• Ability to independently design/formulate/develop sauce range of current market trend but not limited to replication of existing market range.

• Prior experience of 5-7 years in culinary space, especially in the development of ketchups, sauces, spreads, dips, pastes, Mayo’s, etc.

• Experience in working with Third Party Manufacturer preferred.

Annual Compensation: 20-25LPA ( Part-Time)
