About Indofast Energy: Indofast Swap Energy Pvt. Ltd. (ISEPL) is a joint venture between Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) and SUN Mobility. IFSE combines the strengths of its formidable partners SUN Mobility's proven battery swapping technology with IOCL's extensive network and expertise, the company will be laying the groundwork for a revolutionary plan. IFSE expects to scale up to over 10,000 battery-swapping stations over 40 cities in next 3 years and aims to establish and deploy one of the largest battery-swapping infrastructure networks by 2030. As a Manager - Network Planning at Indofast Energy, your primary responsibility will be to suggest ways to help scale the Battery Swapping Station (BSS) network efficiently while maintaining utilization and revenue targets. This will involve proposing new sites for setting up Battery Swapping Stations, analyzing the existing network to optimize utilization, and collaborating closely with various teams such as Business Development, Site Acquisition, and Field Operations to ensure smooth progress. You will also be responsible for reporting progress on site energization and operations to the management in a concise manner. Additionally, you will be tasked with building tools and models to support business decisions and program management. You are expected to have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and develop a deep understanding of Indofast's lines of business. Proficiency in spatial analysis software such as QGIS and ArcGIS is desired, along with technical knowledge of the site energization process. You will be required to publish comprehensive reports on timelines, challenges faced, and propose solutions, as well as establish a reporting and communication framework with the Field Ops team to monitor field assets and enhance asset utilization. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in relevant fields, preferably in network-based companies like telecom and the energy sector. A professional undergraduate degree from a Tier 1 college is required, with an MBA being preferred. Proficiency in Office tools for effective communication with senior management and expertise in Project Management tools for battery swapping station deployment process management are key qualifications for this role.
