Job Description

Responsible for analysis of resource requirement, route productivity, new business feasibility for operations pan India

Ensure preparation of monthly Route Profitability report on the basis of CBS and Financial MIS from Finance team and recommend changes basis analysis
Ensure incorporation changes recommended basis analysis by locations
Perform profitability analysis including commercial viability for new business opportunities
Coordinate with business teams for special commercial or conditional SLA in case of non-100% feasibility
Perform analysis and provide recommendations to Head - Service Assurance / COO on the resource requirements coming from locations in terms of manpower, vehicles or any other resource

Assist senior management with data inputs in resource optimization (Routes, manpower, vehicle restructuring) and profitability improvement
Analyze out-market solution feasibility for new systems/software with a view of resource optimization/process improvement and take it up with senior management

Experience in Costing, Workforce/Network Planning and Data Analytics

Must have skills: Advanced excel, Knowledge of BI tools and

Excellent communication
