Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other related devices. Your role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure to ensure optimal network performance and smooth system functionality. Additionally, you will monitor network performance, proactively identify and resolve issues, and maintain maximum uptime and efficiency. - Create and maintain accurate network diagrams, documentation, and configuration details to support network planning, communication systems, and future upgrades. - Configure and manage critical network components like access control lists (ACLs), DHCP, IPsec tunnels, VLANs, routing, and switching. - Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MPLS technology to ensure reliable and high-performance connectivity. - Maintain accurate records of network infrastructure and IT assets for efficient management of hardware and software resources. - Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures to safeguard the network infrastructure and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Establish and maintain robust documentation processes for network configurations, incidents, and operational procedures. - Manage and mentor the Helpdesk and Engineer teams, fostering professional growth and promoting a collaborative work environment. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in IT management with a focus on network and server infrastructure. You must possess strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, SonicWALL, and Barracuda Firewalls. In-depth knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, and related technologies is required. Additionally, you should have proven experience in hardening network devices, troubleshooting network infrastructure, and managing cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP, CCIE, or similar would be advantageous. You should be open to working in a 24/7 environment to ensure network continuity and quick issue resolution when needed. Familiarity with ITIL, ISO27001, and PCI DSS frameworks is essential to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements. Strong command of English and effective communication skills are also necessary to interact with offshore teams and stakeholders effectively.
